Conference / Seminar Facilities
Our rooms are available in a number of sizes
and configurations. These include Boardroom, seminar and conference
rooms in many different layouts. All meeting, seminar and conference
areas at ATI-Mirage include comfortable chairs and (if required)
a variety of desk layouts. Special ‘daylight’ lighting
has been installed throughout, airconditioning airflow volumes have
been increased and layout and colour carefully selected to provide
the most pleasing and comfortable environment.
Facilities available
include roof-mounted Data Projectors (including Presenters
PC if required), Whiteboards & pens, flip charts, Overhead
Projectors, Broadband Internet connectivity, Television /
Video, Reception & Administration (meet & greet) and
on-site technical support. Directional signage is available
in the ground floor lobby and elevators, and your company
logo can be prominently displayed at our Reception.
Refreshments are automatically included
with all facility bookings. This includes on-tap Tea, Freshly
Brewed Coffee and Iced-Water. Full catering services are available
if required for meals or lunch can be provided at a local
restaurant which is located right next door to our training
centre.
Generous discounts are available off our
standard rates for multiple bookings. Secured online booking is available.

After Hours Facility Hire
All of our facilities, including computer training rooms, meeting rooms, seminar and conference rooms are also available after hours on weekdays and on weekends for a small extra charge. In addition, after-hours parking can usually be arranged at no extra cost, on site.
Cancellation Policy
Less than 10 working day’s notice – 50% fee applies
Less than 5 working day’s notice – 100% fee applies
All cancellations must be by FAX or EMAIL and cannot be accepted over the phone. ATI-Mirage will confirm cancellations in writing and advise of any fees to be charged under this policy.
