These standards reflect the needs and expectations of the owners, employees and customers of training organisations and current best practice as agreed characteristics of quality training organisations.

Quality standards are linked to those key management and service delivery processes that are most likely to determine the quality of outcomes for training organisations.

Regular audits have been conducted by independent auditors to ensure the companies standards are maintained at the levels set by the Training Accreditation Council of Western Australia (TAC).

ATI-Mirage fully complies with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), and holds existing accreditation as an RTO until 30 June 2019.
