The Diploma of Leadership and Management provides an opportunity for participants to develop and expand their management practices. This program is ideal for managers, supervisors, and team leaders working at entry or middle management. The course will enable participants to apply leadership and managerial competencies across a range of different work roles in a variety of organisational contexts, within the public, private and community sectors.
