Leadership Essentials

Leaders are responsible for moving individuals and organisations forward. With our leadership course you can learn to be an effective leader by setting an appropriate example and leading the way.

This two-day course enables participants to appreciate the difference between leadership and management and develop the key skills they need to confidently lead their team to significant achievements. In contemporary organisations, leaders are expected to inspire, demonstrate vision, deliver sustained performance, create a productive and positive team culture, engage individuals and maintain a healthy work environment…and more!  This course provides you with the right mix of skills to be an effective leader.

This course is best suited for people who are in team leader, supervisor or management roles .
