Microsoft Lists is a new tool for the 365 environment to create visually dynamic lists that take advantage of the integration and collaboration features of Sharepoint and Teams.

Customise your data entry form

• Customising a List Form
• Editing a Form in Power Apps
• Turning your list into a Mobile App

Trigger business processes using Rules and Power Automate

• Creating and managing Notification Rules
• Using Power Automate to add Workflows to a list
• Working with actions in a Workflow
• Managing a Workflow

• Understand when and where to use a list
• Know how columns and views are used in Microsoft Lists
• Build a useful list using templates
• Use SharePoint or Teams for collaborative lists
• Understand when to make changes to a form in Microsoft Lists and when to use Power Apps

No previous experience with Microsoft Lists is required.  However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers, the windows operating system environment and Office 365 and Excel.
