Self-leaders like Walt Disney and Nelson Mandela worked hard to achieve their dreams without using the term self-leadership. However, they clearly demonstrated that being in control of your behaviours and results, determining what you do, why you do it, and how you do it, were all necessary to achieve their goals.
Participants will learn to internalise the four pillars of self-leadership and to make meaningful, empowered choices while taking action to get where they want to go.
