Charlene then moved into Human Resources and more specifically Organisational Development specialising in Leadership Development. Now working as a consultant, Charlene continues to work with leaders and team members in the areas that have always been her passion.  These areas include leadership, team, and personal development especially through the use of psychometric tools.

He later started his training & development journey as a technical trainer and software engineer in Canberra and eventually became manager of the Software Engineering Division. After winding down his own Software Development & Training Company, delivering bespoke software projects for Local and Federal Government clients, Steve now focuses on delivering Computer Software and Professional Development training to a wide variety of clients.
