Learning outcomes

 

By the end of this course participants should be able to:

  • Organise and manage their work priorities and schedule
  • Organise meetings including making arrangements, liaising with participants, and developing and distributing meeting documentation
  • Deliver exemplary customer service
  • Develop and maintain a network of constructive workplace relationships
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities for products or services within the scope of their role/business
  • Coordinate and monitor the use and allocation of business resources
  • Make presentations for a range of purposes, presenting a range of concepts and ideas
  • Design and develop business documents using complex technical features of word processing software
  • Use spreadsheet software to complete business tasks and produce complex documents.

($1500 Deposit and balance upon commencement)

Learning and assessment will include:

8 days of face-to-face delivery sessions covered in 4 modules, which include:

  • Experienced facilitator
  • Highly interactive and practical modular training program

  • Access to our Learning Management System (LMS) to view your learning resources online anywhere and anytime, upload your assessment evidence as you go until you are ready to submit for assessment

Duration

  • 8 days face to face delivery sessions over 4 months
  • 12 months to complete the full qualification and all assessments required to be deemed competent, commencing from first day of delivery

When booking onto the Module 1 dates shown on the website, you will automatically be registered onto the Modules 2, 3 and 4.

Pre-requisites

There are no prerequisites for this qualification. However you will need to complete a pre-assessment to ensure this qualification is suitable for you. We will also check any Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfers you may have. You are encouraged to discuss this with student support or a trainer/assessor before you enrol for further advice.
