Conflict management can be a challenge, especially in effectively handling difficult conversations. 

This Perth-based workshop provides tools and techniques for effective conflict resolution. Participants will learn how to remain professional while handling difficult conversations in the workplace. By identifying and catering to different communication styles, participants will be trained on how to apply the right conflict resolution techniques to result in a co-operative and positive outcome.
