Copilot in Microsoft Teams

• Summarising chat threads and meetings
• Using Copilot for real-time notes and action items tracking
• Using Copilot for task tracking and follow-ups
• Joining a meeting and generate insights using Copilot

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand what Microsoft Copilot is and how it integrates with Outlook and Teams.
• Use Copilot to draft, summarise, and manage emails and meetings.
• Leverage Copilot in Teams for chat summarisation, meeting insights, and task tracking.
• Apply best practices for AI-assisted communication and collaboration.

Participants must be familiar with the Windows environment; Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams and using a Web Browser such Edge, or Chrome.
