Excel Automation

• What is a macro?
• Record a simple macro
• Record and run a macro with relative cell references
• Attaching a macro to a button, shape or picture

Recorder Workshop

• Recording a summation macro
• Recording consolidations
• Recording divisional macros
• Testing macros
• Creating objects to run macros
• Assigning a macro to an object

• Create a chart from any table data
• Modify and format the chart to your choice
• Using a trendline to show comparisons or for forecasting
• Creating a macro to save repetition
• Attach the macro to a command button for faster/efficient use

Completion of Microsoft Excel Intermediate course or equivalent knowledge is required.
