We all experience stress to varying degrees, however too much stress can lead to our inability to handle it effectively, and if left unchecked can lead to burnout.

In this half-day workshop we will delve into what conditions give rise to burnout at work, how to recognise the signs of burnout in yourself and in others, as well as the stages of burnout. Participants will build a personal toolkit to better manage the work aspects that contribute to the overload and develop support systems to prevent burnout in themselves and others.
