PRINCE2® Foundation Course in Perth is designed to help you get certified in one of the world’s leading project management methods. This comprehensive 3-day course covers the core principles, practices and processes of PRINCE2®, giving you the knowledge and confidence to apply it effectively to real-world projects. Widely recognised for its flexible and scalable approach across industries, PRINCE2® is ideal for those new to project management or anyone looking to gain a formal, globally respected certification. An exam voucher is included in the course.

Course Content
The PRINCE2® Foundation course is delivered over 3 full days. To achieve PRINCE2® Practitioner level, an additional 2 days of training and successful completion of the examination is required.

  • Key concepts, aspects and characteristics of projects
  • PRINCE2® principles
  • PRINCE2® practices – Business Case, Organising, Plans, Quality, Risk, Issues, Progress
  • PRINCE2® processes – Purpose, Objectives, Context, Activities, Responsibilities and Application of the practices within the process
  • Preparation for the Foundation exam
  • Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2®
  • Understand how the PRINCE2® principles underpin the PRINCE2® method
  • Understand the PRINCE2® practices and how they are applied throughout the project
  • Understand the PRINCE2® processes and how they are carried out throughout the project

The completion of PRINCE2® Foundation course requires a moderate level of project management understanding and experience. It is highly recommended that you have completed the Project Management course (2 day) with ATI-Mirage or have attended a course equivalent to this in the past. Please note that this is an intensive learning course and you will need to review and consolidate what you have learned in class, in your own time, in order to be well prepared to pass the online exam. You will not receive certification if you do not pass the exam.
