PRINCE2® Practitioner Course in Perth is designed for those looking to advance their project management capabilities and become certified in one of the world’s most widely adopted methodologies. This practical 2‑day course focuses on applying and tailoring PRINCE2® principles, practices, and processes to real‑world projects, equipping you to deliver projects effectively across a range of industries. Known for its flexible and scalable approach, PRINCE2® can be adapted to suit different project environments and organisational needs. An exam voucher is included in the course.
To enrol in the Practitioner level, you must have successfully completed the Foundation program.

  • Apply PRINCE2® principles in context
  • Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2® practices in context
  • Demonstrate an understanding of PRINCE2® requirements, recommended roles and responsibilities, approaches, key concepts, procedures
  • Assess whether an approach to applying the practices, project process activities/actions, roles and responsibilities are effective and fit for purpose, taking into consideration: the context, the PRINCE2® principles, the purpose and requirements of the themes, and the purpose and objectives of the processes
  • Carry out the project process activities, demonstrating an understanding of recommended associated actions, roles and responsibilities, and how the themes may be applied
  • Preparation for the Practitioner exam
  • Apply the PRINCE2® principles in context
  • Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2® practices in context
  • Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2®processes in context

You must complete PRINCE2® Foundation course prior to commencing this course. The Practitioner exam requires a strong current knowledge of the PRINCE2® textbook and this knowledge is gained in the Foundation course. Please note that this is an intensive learning course and you will need to review and consolidate what you have learned in class, in your own time, in order to be well prepared to pass the online exam. You will not receive certification if you do not pass the exam. You must successfully pass the Foundation exam before commencing the Practitioner exam.
