• Use a variety of creativity tools to solve current workplace issues
• Facilitate creativity in your team (hybrid or co-located)
• Understand the need to find new ideas and ways of doing things
• Analyse the root cause of problems
• Take practical steps to embed creativity and innovation in your team/organisation.

This course requires no previous training or experience.
