Discover self-confidence and assertiveness techniques to help you be more in control of uncomfortable situations at work and in life. Being able to express yourself with confidence is a skill that provides many opportunities and benefits. Using neuroscience as a basis, participants of this one day course learn mindset/emotion connections and learn practical techniques to access more confidence and assertiveness.
