Course Content

This course aims to provide digital literacy, starting from the basics of data, in terms of the different types, through how data is collected, stored, processed and presented to users, to hands-on practice using MS Excel to validate and filter data, to read and create Charts. An insight into PowerBI will also be provided.

This is best for participants who are already regular computer users (e.g. email, internet, MS Word, custom applications, etc.), who needs/wants to have a deeper understanding of organisational/market data, to access & analyse and enable better decision-making.
