Course Overview

The objectives of this course are to introduce newcomers to personal computers, provide an understanding of healthy computing, and familiarisation of the Windows 11 features. Participants will learn how to organise files and folders both locally and in the cloud for effective file management. Additionally, you will learn how to create and save documents in Word and Excel and get up and running with the basics of the Outlook interface, including how to send and receive emails.
