Leadership Training with Extended DISC® in Perth helps individuals become more effective leaders by building self-awareness and improving how they engage with others. The Leading Me, Leading Others program combines practical leadership development with the globally recognised Extended DISC® profiling tool, enabling participants to understand their leadership style, adapt to different personalities, and lead with greater confidence in today’s evolving workplace, complete with a personalised Extended DISC® report to takeaway.
