The Leading Me, Leading Others program combines practical leadership development with the globally recognised Extended DISC® profiling tool, enabling participants to understand their leadership style, adapt to different personalities, and lead with greater confidence in today’s evolving workplace, complete with a personalised Extended DISC® report to takeaway.
