The Work Health and Safety Act 2020 provides a framework to protect the health, safety and welfare of workers in Western Australian workplaces, and of other people who might be affected by the work. This course provides participants with an understanding of the duties and obligations under this legislation for everyone in the workplace including duty of care and legal implications and how to promote a positive safety culture within every organisation.
All ATI-Mirage WHS trainers have extensive industry experience and have actively been involved in the transition to the current WA WHS legislation which came into effect on 31 March 2022.
This course requires no previous training or experience.
