This 3 day training program will increase your professional skills and qualifications in project management with a PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification. The program combines the structure and reliability of PRINCE2® with the ‘agility’ of a more flexible approach. PRINCE2 Agile® explores the interface between project management and agile product delivery. It provides a sound basis for adapting PRINCE2® methodology to an agile mindset, concepts and techniques.

You must have a moderate knowledge of the PRINCE2® Foundation and/or PRINCE2® Practitioner course prior to commencing this course. Please note that this is an intensive learning course and you will need to review and consolidate what you have learned in class, in your own time, in order to be well prepared to pass the online exam. You will not receive certification if you do not pass the exam.
