This 3 day program in PRINCE2 Agile® blends two of the world’s most widely adopted project management methods across all sectors and applications. You will combine the structure and reliability of PRINCE2® with the ‘agility’ of a more flexible approach. PRINCE2 Agile® explores the interface between project management and agile product delivery. It provides a sound basis for adapting PRINCE2® methodology to agile mindset, concepts and techniques. To enrol in the Practitioner level you must have successfully completed the Foundation level program.

  • Understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working
  • Understand the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2® and the agile way of working
  • Be able to apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context
  • Be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2® principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context
  • Be able to fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context

You must complete the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course and exam before commencing this course or hold a valid PRINCE2 certification. The Practitioner exam requires a strong current knowledge of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guide and this knowledge is gained in the Foundation course. Please note that this is an intensive learning course and you will need to review and consolidate what you have learned in class, in your own time, in order to be well prepared to pass the online exam. You will not receive certification if you do not pass the exam.
