He has management experience on 4 continents: Asia, Africa, Australia & Europe.

With a background as a horse riding instructor and trainer, Candice brings patience, discipline, and a steady hand to everything she does. Her friendly nature and can-do attitude make her a joy to work with, and she thrives on staying organised and getting things done efficiently.
Now supporting our busy training coordinators, Candice ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from preparing course materials and managing post-course logistics, to helping create a welcoming environment for both clients and trainers. She is also an authorised exam proctor, bringing calm and confidence to exam days.
When she’s not at work, Candice enjoys baking sweet treats, and often sharing them with lucky colleagues!
